Our services are by appointment only. All spa appointments are subject to availability and require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cell Phone Policy
To ensure Facelogic Spa remains a relaxing experience, we kindly ask to silence your cell phones and keep children at home. Cell phone use is not permitted beyond our spa reception area.
We suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to check in and fill out a Facelogic Upland client profile form.
We love it when your guests sign up for facials and join you in the Spa. They are always welcome to get a facial alongside you, as long as you schedule in advance. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate guests sitting in the lobby during your facial. Especially with children, we do not have the staff to care for people waiting in the lobby for someone to finish a facial.
Late Arrival Time
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the esthetician to be on time for his/her next client.
Scheduling & Cancellations
A credit or debit card is required to secure all reservations. We understand that life happens, and sometimes there are unforeseeable circumstances that prevent you from making it to your appointment. However, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel/reschedule, please do so 24 hours in advance so we have the opportunity to book another client.
Cancellations/reschedules that occur on day-of appointment (or less than 24 hours before appointment start time) will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s). Clients that fail to show or do not notify about canceling their appointment will be charged a “No Show” Fee of 100% of the original cost of the scheduled service(s). Cancellation and “No Show” Fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Once the charge is completed, you may schedule a new appointment. If the card declines, a hold will be put on your profile in the booking system. By having a card on file, you understand this policy and are giving permission to charge your card in the event of a lace cancellation or “No Show.”
Sickness: If you aren’t feeling well, please call and let us know ASAP. We will be happy to reschedule your facial. Especially if you have a cold, a fever, blisters, or cold sores, we appreciate you keeping your germs at home, rather than in the Spa.
We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes before your initial scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork. Out of courtesy of our guests, late arrivals will result in a shorter treatment, if the schedule is booked. Please be on time to receive full benefits of the treatment scheduled.

Gratuities are not included in the services and are completely up to the guest’s discretion. Our licensed professionals always appreciate gratuities.
Prior to Appointment
If you are receiving a Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peel, or Waxing: please stop use of all retinoids or alpha hydroxy acids 3 days prior to your treatment with us. If you have recently had botox, fillers, a sunburn, a canker sore, or laser treatments on your face or treatment area, we do not recommend getting a facial. Please call us immediately to reschedule your appointment.
