In no event shall Facelogic Upland be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the information or services provided in the facelogicupland.com website.
We reserve the right to cancel or revise subscriptions, prices and documentation at any time without notice.
Facelogic Upland is committed to safeguarding your privacy online and protecting the information that we collect. Under no circumstance do we disclose information about you, or resell any information collected through this site. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
Customer Information. In order to purchase a product or service, you may be required to give us contact information (e.g. name, email address), unique identifiers (e.g. password), and demographic information (e.g. postal code). Certain information is collected in order to, among other things, verify your identity for subsequent use of our service. If you decide to purchase a product or service, we will need to collect certain financial information, such as your credit card number, credit card expiration date, and billing address. TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM OUR SPA PARTNER’S (CUSTOMERS’) COMMUNICATIONS
Our customers are solely responsible for their own marketing emails and other communications; we cannot unsubscribe you from their communications. You can unsubscribe from our customers’ marketing communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of their emails, or by contacting them directly.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.
WHO DOES THIS POLICY APPLY TO?
- The Returns Policy below applies only to Online Retail Customers buying on facelogicupland.com.
- If you are a Retail Customer who purchased a product from a website or physical location that is not facelogic.com, please contact the spa or website from which you purchased the product. Each spa and website has their own return policy.
We know that all skin is unique and we are always here to support you in finding a skin care routine that is right for you and your skin concerns. That is why we offer a hassle-free return policy for orders placed by Retail Customers on facelogicupland.com.
If you are not satisfied with a product you have received in your order, please follow the steps below. We accept returns for product(s) purchased on eminenceorganics.com and issue refunds within 30 days of receiving your returned product.
The refund will be issued to the card that was used to purchase the product(s).
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order shipping date to be eligible for a refund.
To request a return:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your Order Number with the name of the product(s) you wish to return. You can find your Order Number in your Order Confirmation email.
- Your return request will be processed by Eminence’s Order Services Team who will provide further instructions, including how to ship the product(s) to Eminence.
Please note: you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending your returned product(s) to product suppliers, unless Facelogic Upland shipped you a product that was different from the product you ordered on facelogicupland.com. We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking information for your package.
Facelogic Upland reserves the right to request the reasonable opportunity to inspect the product(s) in question once returned. Facelogic Upland reserves the right to refuse or deny a return request or refund at any time, at our discretion.
